Invesco Canada being acquired by CI Global Asset Management

CI Global Asset Management (CI) will acquire Invesco Canada's investment fund assets and this acquisition takes place on 1 June, 2026.

If you are a holder of Invesco Canada mutual funds, these funds will move under the CI brand name and managers. CI is a well-established organization with a proven commitment to the Canadian market and brings an expanded platform including a larger service infrastructure and a strong national distribution network. The transition to CI for all Invesco Canada mutual fund holders should be seamless.
